Hello Band Families,

I hope everyone has had a great summer! The start of our marching band camps is almost here. Please review the schedule below and plan to attend all required rehearsals.

Marching Band Camp Schedule

• Percussion Camp: July 27–30 | 9:00 AM–3:00 PM

• Leadership Camp (Select Students): July 28–30 | 3:00–5:00 PM

• Brass & Woodwind Camp: July 28–30 | 5:00–8:00 PM

• Color Guard Camp: July 28–30 | 5:00–8:00 PM

• Full Band Camp: August 3–6 | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

• Full Band Camp: August 10–13 | 1:00–9:00 PM

• Parent Preview: August 13 | 5:30 PM

• Band Ice Cream Social: August 13 | 6:30 PM

Please remember to complete all required forms in Final Forms before camp begins. Students cannot participate on the football field until a current physical is on file. A link and instructions for enrolling in Final Forms can be found on page 2 of the attached Band Handbook.

Attendance at all camp rehearsals is extremely important. Each rehearsal builds on the previous one, and drill positions and musical parts may be assigned or adjusted based on student availability and attendance. Your commitment to the full camp schedule helps ensure the success of the entire ensemble.

Summer 2026

Save the Date for Important Fundraiser Events!

FUNDrive Donation Event - This fundraiser takes place during the summer and is fueld by donation of clothing, household goods, and books/media. Review flyer details here. 

25th Annual Craft Fair - This fundraiser is historically the largest fundraiser for the EHS band program. It is Saturday, November 7, 2026 from 9-4pm. There are vendor spaces still available and can book by emailing ehscraftfair@gmail.com. Volunteers will be needed to ensure the event runs as smooth as possible. Be on the lookout for those opportunities soon!
