Spirit Wear Order Form

Orders for EHS Spirit Wear (for Concert Band and Marching Band) has been extended to end of school day Thursday, August 31st!!  

Print the order form, fill it out, include it in an envelope with either cash or check to Eureka Bands and drop it in the grey cash box on the wall in the band room (by the doors).
