BoosterHub

During the Summer of 2026, we migrated from CutTime to BoosterHub which is more of an all-in-one solution to the EHS Band Patrons needs to help communicate to students and parents. 

In this program, parents can manage any program fees, order spirit wear, and keep in better communication about the multiple band programs offered through EHS. 

Band director communication will continue to come from Parent Square from Mr. Smelser or Ms. Renner. 

Band Students

All Band Students (Concert and Marching), must have attire orders submitted by July 31, 2026. 

• • A second change to order any additional items or make exchanges will be available during uniform fittings. 

  • Permission Forms will be available during Marching Band Camp in August and must be completed before first day of school).

Please select the "Bill and Print" option at checkout. There are 2 options to make payments.

2. You may also pay in person during your student's uniform fittings. We will be able to accept cash, check or credit card during that time.

You will find your uniform fitting day, time, and other important dates in the EHS Band Handbook.

Color Guard Students

Your guard uniform measurements and guard costs are handled during Guard Camp.  

Guard members will need purchase the black band t-shirt from Charms or via Liz Moushey.  DO NOT BUY THE BAND POLO SHIRT.  

If you want to purchase meals during full band camp and/or a band "Tour" t-shirt make your selections within Charms, then pay via mail (as described above for Band Students), or pay during any of the band uniform fittings, or via Liz Moushey.
